After kegging some Irish Red and Porter late last year, I had taken a bit of a break from brewing. Those kegs are empty, and I was in the mood for some good Bock again so I decided to use my temp controller to convert my deep freeze to a lagering box for a few months. Two weeks ago I brewed up the Bock, then last weekend I brewed up some Pilsner, since I'm lagering anyway.
Not to stop there, I figure it'll be at least a couple of months before I want to tap into those lagers, so I will be brewing a Honey Pale Ale this weekend. Whew!
